In this conversation Catherine and I take a look at the debilitating problem of OCD. Many people who have OCD tell me they have a fear of illness and/or dying. Catherine and I explored in which direction a person should look towards to find the peace they need so that their fears drop away.

To be truly authentic, we need to honour ourselves. This can mean that we put ourselves first and follow our inner wisdom rather than what our ego mind tells us to do. Honouring ourselves can feel like a challenge sometimes but the more we follow our instinct, the happier we get.
