Stress Management
Stress is a natural part of life and positive stress is important to keep us motivated. However, too often because of the pressures of life, we can suffer the effects of negative stress which can make us anxious, irritable and unproductive.
We try many external ways of managing our stress such as displaying angry outbursts, drinking, eating or smoking too much. Each one of you manages your stress in a different way.
We are often not totally conscious of the factors which have brought on the stress. Such factors can be many and varied, relating to work, home and family life, personal relationships and significant life changes.
I can work with you to discover the sources of your negative stress and anxiety. Learn how to recognise the warning signs and to develop new perspectives and techniques to help you cope with life confidently and calmly.
